The following clients allowed me to publish their feedback. I additionally evaluate my service
with a questionnaire. That allows me to check my own work critically.

I kept running in my hamster wheel. I ran and ran and ran, and nobody stopped me.
That was my situation when I started to work with my coach Sandra Heinzelmann. I had
found her on the world wide web. I have been working as a freelancer for years with
temporary employments. I felt I needed a change badly but had no idea where to start.
After a few sessions my husband who did not know about my coaching noticed some
changes. Also some work-mates asked me what was different recently. I found a way
to go for a work that fullfills me more. I feel more at ease with myself and my situation.
And: I was able to stop the hamster wheel myself and get out of the cage...

Mrs. Heinzelmann supported me in finding a new job. We worked on my application
papers. I always felt safe and appreciated her profound feedback. Although my
self-awareness became uncomfortable or even painful we laughed a lot. When I
started my new job I had a big benefit from coaching on the new job - partly on
the telephone. “To be empowered” sounded strange to me before I had worked
with Sandra Heinzelmann. Today this phrase makes a lot more sense to me.

After many years of working as a freelance HR manager I longed for a change in my career.
In my vision-work Mrs. Heinzelmann supported me to find my true aim. More than once
I went home after our session with new viewpoints and ideas about my future.
I started to see more and more clearly that I wanted more responsibility, yes, I wanted
to have a leading position! Then Mrs. Heinzelmann saw THE vacancy for me in a newspaper.
It was a global player, a very famous company. It was like a dream. I applied and two
days later I was invited for the first job-interview. One more interview and I had the
job! My coach always picked me up where I was at that point and at the same time
I was responsible and master of all coachings-situations. I appreciated that a lot.

Mrs. Heinzelmann was recommended to me by my network. She supported me
in building up new access in my self-management. Focussing on my strong points
instead of my weak one I learned to improve my performance and commercial efficiency.
We focused on “How to change”. When Mrs. Heinzelmann tells me that I can spotlight
the “fluff under my bed” or those things that are successful it is more than positive
thinking. Sie lives up to that herself in the coaching-sessions and works with a lot
of humor and empathy. Through that openness and the sharing of own issues and
processes there is a vivid exchange at same eye level and without indoctrination or counsel.
For me that was very helpful.
